The Shop2Shop Money Transfer Sign-up Mandate

1. I agree to use S2S Money Transfer’s cross border payment service to (“Service”) on the terms and conditions available at www.s2smoneytransfers.co.za, (“Terms”) and declare that:

• I have read the Terms and know and understand the contents thereof;
• the information furnished by me to S2S Money Transfer when registering as a user of the
  Service is in all respects true, correct and authentic;
• the currency I apply for will only be used for the specific purpose stated in the Terms and in
  any instruction I give S2S Money Transfer to send money to someone, or request money to
  be sent by someone to me;

2. I have been informed of the payment limits applicable to the confirmed transaction processed on the Service and confirm that these limits will not be exceeded as a result of the conclusion of the transaction via the Service.

3. I consent to the information given in this mandate, and given to S2S Money Transfer when I sign on as a user of the Service, and whenever I give an instruction, being given to the South African Revenue Service and/or the Financial Intelligence Centre and/or the Financial Services Board.

4. I hereby mandate S2S Money Transfer to complete and to sign, on my behalf, the relevant integrated form with respect to the Service, in accordance with the Currency and Exchanges Manual for ADLAs.
