Annexure B: Shop2Shop Money Transfer Exchange Control and FIC Act training
- Induction and product training will be given to all new Agents.
- Training manuals, and literature pertaining to the SARB legislation will be provided to all Agents, Branches and Staff.
- Based on the training given, all prospective Agents, Branches and staff will need to pass an assessment with a minimum of 80%.
- This assessment will be changed annually and all Agents will need to re-write the assessment annually.
- Regular training will be given to all Agents every quarter, based on business examples of where there may be a lack of understanding.
- The Compliance Manager will ensure that regular communications are sent to all Agents to highlight changes in the legislation and any product enhancements.
- Head Office will always be available for Agents to reach out to and ask questions to if they need assistance or support at any time.
